As you all know we sued Maxine Waters for Defamation during the 2020 election cycle for defamation. Waters ran millions of dollars in advertising lying to people in the district telling them I was dishonorably discharged.
As a U.S. Navy veteran who served this country boots on the ground during operation Iraqi Freedom, and who was honorably discharged from service, I found it EXTREMELY disrespectful not only to me but to every veteran who has served this country. But what would expect from a radical liberal who needs to lie cheat and steal to win… (” Oh wait… That’s the entire Democrat party including the Biden Administration.”)
The corrupt state courts originally dismissed the case but we appealed to the district court because we knew the state court didn’t want to hear or see any evidence that we not only presented to Maxine Waters before we sued her but also submitted to the courts.
In classic fashion the District courts asked Maxine Waters “why was it so difficult to verify the discharge? Was it the $24.00 you needed to pay to obtain the records?”
On August 9, 2023, in a landmark decision, the California Supreme Court denied the Petition for Review submitted by Respondents Maxine Waters and her political committee, Citizens for Waters. This action solidifies the appellate decision in favor of Appellant Joe E. Collins III.
Myself being represented by the Law Offices of Donna Bullock and attorney Donna C. Bullock, successfully argued that Ms. Waters failed to adequately verify my discharge status. The court agreed with Collins’ contention that given valid proof of error, Waters’ inaction leads to a plausible inference of willful blindness.
Now we have the chance to really bring the fight to Maxine Waters as we prepare for trial. This is our opportunity to put ALL of Maxine Waters corruption on the record for the public to see!
